QUALITY CONTROL CRITERIA FOR BIG-FOOT MOBILE RACK:

1. BF-5001 Outer Frame:
   1. Four Support sticks on bottom cannot be deformed.
   2. The distance between two holes should be 139 inches.
   3. The height of inside copper stick should be in 3.5 m/m.
   4. The parallel-direction of both end cannot be deformed.
   5. The thickness of outer frame should be in 3mm and cannot be caused sharp edge.
   6. The tinned status of wire should be in good condition.
   7. The connection between the front side of outer frame and H.D.D. cannot be deformed and tilted.
   8. The shape of outer frame should be regular.
   9. Direction position cannot be deformed and broken.
2. BF-5002 Inner Rack:
   1. The thickness of inner rack should be normal.
   2. The parallel-direction of both end cannot be deformed.
   3. The height of inner rack should be regular.
   4. The height of inside copper stick should be in 4.75 mm.
   5. The inside iron piece should be installed normally.
   6. The slid rail matched with outer frame should be loose, not too tight.
   7. The sharp edge is not allowed.
3. BF-5005 Pulling Handle:
   1. Connected Boss cannot be deformed.
   2. Support holes fixed on outer frame should be loose.
   3. The sharp edge is not allowed.
4. BF-5003 Handle:
   1. Direction - Side cannot be upward.
   2. Direction gap cannot be shrunk.
   3. The gap connected with press board should be loose.
5. BF-5004 Press Board for Handle:
   1. The active wall matched with handle gap should be loose.
   2. The screw fixed on outer frame should be installed easily.
   3. Direction-Side cannot be upward or deformed.
   4. The activity between press board and handle should be loose.
